Villa Fiorentino a Lipari è una antica Villa completamente ristrutturata nel 2002, che ha conservato la tipica architettura eoliana, l’arredamento è stato studiato in modo funzionale e confortevole, senza tralasciare un tocco di eleganza.
E' situato a pochi passi dal centro ( 500 metri ), dalla Spiaggia di Porto delle Genti, (200 metri), e dal famosissimo porticciolo di Marina Corta ( 200 metri) approdo degli aliscafi di linea e delle barche dei pescatori. Si compone di un corpo centrale tutto circondato da un bel giardino mediterraneo, dove si trovano sparse alcune villette.

Tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di bagno con doccia, patio coperto, angolo cottura attrezzato, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, phon, TV Satellitare, telefono, cassaforte e sono  accessoriati con particolare buon busto. I monolocali consistono in un unico ambiente con angolo cottura attrezzato  in due versioni, interno alla camera o esterno nel patio coperto, bagno con doccia, disponibili da 2 a 4 posti letto.
I Bilocali sono composti da due ambienti, di cui uno con angolo cottura attrezzato e divano letto, l’altro con camera da letto , bagno con doccia, disponibili da 4 a 5 posti letto. Gli impianti sono stati rinnovati con sistemi innovativi in rispetto all’ambiente ed alla sicurezza degli ospiti.

C’est une ancienne villa complètement rénovée en 2002 qui a conservé son architecture typiquement éolienne. L’ameublement y a été conçu pour être fonctionnel et confortable sans toutefois négliger une touche d’élégance. Elle est située à quelques pas du centre ville (500 mètres), de la plage de galets de « Porti delle Genti » (200 mètres), et du charmant petit port de Marina Corta (200 mètres) où accostent les hydroglisseurs et les bateaux de pêche.  Elle se compose d’un corps central entouré d’un joli jardin méditerranéen où sont éparpillées quelques petites villas.

Tous les appartements disposent de salle de bain avec douche, patio couvert, kitchenette équipée, air conditionné, chauffage, sèche-cheveux, TV satellite, téléphone, coffre fort, et sont décorés avec goût.  Les studios sont composés d’une seule pièce avec kitchenette équipée à l’intérieur de la pièce ou sur la petite terrasse couverte et d’une salle d’eau et sont disponibles pour 2, 3 ou 4 personnes.
